Weve compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions by our exhibitors over the years in order to help you and your team be well prepared for the weekend at The Wedding Journal Show

No, there is charge incurred by the venue for the duration of the weekend that every exhibitor needing WiFi has to pay.

We have a separate contractor for any electrical work and payment and set up of electrical points is conducted directly with them. Please see the Exhibitor Manual for more information and their direct contact.

No, the design of the stand is up to you and we will be happy to lend our expertise and discuss what you might like to do with your stand.

No, any furniture you may require will need to be hired via a separate contractor. Please see the Exhibitor Manual for more information and their direct contact.

You will receive fascia walls, two spotlights, carpet and your name panel. Any posters or signage to be fitted to the fascia walls must be done so with temporary fixtures.

Access is 9am on the Friday before the show and the exhibition space is open until 6pm that day for set up. All stands must be set up NO LATER THAN 10am on the Saturday, prior to the show opening at 11am.

In order to comply with health and safety regulations you cannot begin dismantling your stand and packing up before 5pm on the Sunday evening, when all visitors should have exited.
