No — there is a charge incurred by the venue for the duration of the weekend that every exhibitor needing WiFi has to pay.
We have a separate contractor for any electrical work; payment and set-up of electrical points is arranged directly with them. See the Exhibitor Manual for their direct contact.
No, the design of the stand is up to you — but we’re happy to lend our expertise and discuss what you might like to do.

You will receive fascia walls, two spotlights and your name panel. The floor at the Eikon is polished concrete, so stands are not carpeted. Any posters or signage fitted to the fascia walls must use temporary fixtures.
Access is from 9am on the Friday before the show, and the space is open until 6pm for set-up. All stands must be set up NO LATER THAN 10am on Saturday, before the show opens at 11am.
To comply with health and safety regulations you cannot begin dismantling your stand before 5pm on the Sunday, when all visitors should have exited.
